 Spiritual directors tend to be people who were sought after before they became certified spiritual directors.

 

Cassandra C. Modeste has devoted her life to helping others.  She is now retired after thirty years as a Home Economist and Health Educator. Over the years, she has been a religious leader and involved in several forms of community service. Her interests include diet therapy, memoir writing and lifelong learning.
