Dedication

My Dear Spiritual Companions,

 

This dedication is to you because I am giving an all-inclusive recognition to my many sisters and brothers who inspire me in various ways, great and small, along the path of my spiritual journey.

 

What began as a “wellness rosary” has become Wellness Renewal - A Devotional Suite and/or, “The Luminous Wellness Devotional”.  Though you may not be aware, you in some way influenced its creation, and I am gratefully giving back to you a small portion of what I received for you to hopefully use in your prayer experience.

 

As a Spiritual Director and Health Educator, it is my intention to go deep into the realm of spirituality and wellness. The benefits of my endeavor have already enhanced my wellbeing, as well as others, in both of these dimensions. It is my sincerest hope that you benefit as well, striving as we do in fulfilling God’s plan for us.

 

Nonetheless, in the spirit of giving and receiving, blessings to you and yours,
