The Greater Wellness Prayer

1.  God of Love, please bestow blessings upon me to

     love and honour every dimension of my being.

In my quiet time, help me to

      embrace positive emotions.

Lord, help me to defy temptations.

Help me please when I am tested.

 

1.   Mother of God, please help me to join in

      unity with faithful and diligent souls.

Lead me to reliable alliances that

      create positive outcomes.

Help me to notice and appreciate

      little life-altering miracles.

Please, also, bring the medicine of merriment. 

 

1. Lord, help me to humbly do what I ought to do.

Help me to learn, and to use information,

      that brings optimal health benefits, and

      hope for myself and others    

   Show me Your Plan -                       

Give me wisdom Lord.

 

1. May the Spirt guide me to be authentically in

      the moment when sharing with others.

Dear Lord, help me to reveal the God in me.

Give others the ability to see who

      I truly am, when I am called

      to be spiritually transparent.

 

1. My body is Your temple God, and I ask that

      you help me be its ultimate custodian.

You have entrusted me to

      host Your essence within my body.

 

Almighty Caregiver open my eyes

To be mindful of the things

      that only promote life and healing.
